This is an extremely safe program with no known clinical side effects to homeopathic remedies and medicines but as with any diet we recommend that you consult with a doctor before starting this diet.
Can I Exercise?
Exercise is not recommended during this program and is introduced in during the maintenance program.
Will I get hungry with such a low calorie diet?
Approximately 20% of clients will experience mild hunger during the first 1-2 days. These people are usually not consuming enough water. (It is important to drink 80-100 ounces of water daily.)
Does homeopathic hCG interfere with any medications?
Homeopathic hCG does not interfere with any medications, including birth control. People taking thyroid medication may experience slowed weight loss but typically still 1/2 lb. loss per day.
What about pregnancy or breast feeding while taking hCG?
The Homeopathic hCG program is not recommended for patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
How much weight can I expect to lose on the program?
Female patients typically to lose between 20-35 pounds and males tend to lose between 25-40 pounds. The amount of weight a person will lose depends on a number of factors, including how much weight you have and how much weight needs to be lost. You should have at least 15 pounds to lose in order to do the 42 day program.
