21 Day Cleanse
As summer comes to a close and children head back to school, we settle back into our routines. That is, until Halloween hits, Halloween starts the sugar heavy holidays of the fall/winter season. Establishing healthy habits right now can keep your body healthy through the fall and winter seasons.
I recommend my patients do a cleanse twice year. Cleansing allows our body an opportunity to revitalize itself by purging toxins. A simple cleanse can be just eliminating processed foods and sugar from your diet for a period of time. All participants that I lead through a cleanse find that they feel much better after they have cut out processed foods, simple sugars and caffeine from their diet. Cleansing can get quite intense, so I recommend you start out with a simple cleanse under the guidance of a Naturopathic Doctor.
